Golden Birch Therapeutics is located at the Montgomery County 4H Main Office at 1015 Bridge Rd (113) in Collegeville, PA.

 

Parking is near Bridge Rd (113) adjacent to the Main Office.

Please park in the Lower Level lot. It is on the side of the building without the pavilions in the front of the facility near Bridge Rd.

The Massage Therapy office is in the Main Office, Lower Level, Suite D. There is a brick entranceway that leads to the Main Lobby.
